You can register now at the NOPPO FESAGS office in the Provincial HQ (going to Sta. Fe Resort) without official receipt until May 30, 2008 but they will send the first batch of applications to Camp Crame by May 27, Tuesday. No info when they will send the 2nd batch.
On June 1, 2008 they will require official receipts and real gun requirements again so do it now (hope I'm wrong about the real gun requirements sirs). Good luck!
